Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across production, purchase, stores, project execution, dispatch, and manpower management. The candidate will work closely with management to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor Production, Purchase, Store, Design, Accounts, and Site teams.
- Track project schedules, fabrication progress, and dispatch commitments.
- Conduct daily review meetings and follow up on pending activities.
- Monitor manpower utilization and factory productivity.
- Coordinate with site engineers regarding installation and project progress.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and vendor follow-up.
- Maintain production planning and material availability.
- Prepare weekly operational reports for management review.
- Resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or industrial project execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, procurement, inventory management, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.
SALARY IN INR : 15000 - 30,000 PER MONTH
