Role Overview
* Lead video editing and motion design for agency clients.
* Create cinematic, social-first, and performance-driven video content.
* Handle end-to-end video storytelling from raw footage to final output.
* Play a key role in shaping brand narratives through video.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, and digital campaigns.
* Create cinematic brand videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
* Edit reels and short-form content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Produce ad creatives focused on engagement, retention, and conversions.
* Create stop-motion videos for products, gifting, and creative concepts.
* Integrate motion graphics, typography animation, and visual effects.
* Design logo animations, intros, outros, and branded motion assets.
* Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategy teams.
* Ensure brand consistency and high visual quality across all projects.
* Manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in an agency setup.
* Stay updated with editing trends, transitions, and platform algorithms.
* Create animated typography, overlays, transitions, and visual elements.
* Blend live-action footage with motion graphics seamlessly.
* Experiment with animation styles for different brands and campaigns.
* Enhance storytelling through motion-led visual communication.
Skills Required
* Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Understanding of cinematic editing, pacing, and storytelling.
* Experience in reel editing and social-media-first content.
* Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and transitions.
* Creative eye for visuals and attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt editing style to different brand identities.
Experience & Qualification
* 2–3 years of professional video editing and motion design experience.
* Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
* Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic edits, reels, motion graphics, and stop-motion work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
