Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Explain the company's legal and compliance services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/consultations.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the legal team for client requirements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead generation preferred.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
