Job Summary
Pentium Construction is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels and networking activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Organize site visits, client presentations, and project demonstrations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
