Role Summary
Support the Founder's office across finance operations, statutory compliance, legal documentation, and investor/client due diligence. The role is central to keeping the company audit-ready as it scales enterprise business with banks and NBFCs.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll, Accounting & Invoicing — Run the monthly payroll cycle; process vendor bills; raise client invoices and follow up on collections; coordinate with the external CA on books and closing.
- Compliance Assistance — Support ROC/MCA filings, RBI and TRAI-linked client requirements, DPDP Act 2023 obligations, and SOC 2 / ISO 27001 evidence collection and audit preparation.
- Legal Drafting Assistance — Prepare first drafts of NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, SOWs and offer letters; maintain version control and the executed-contract repository.
- Due Diligence Assistance — Assemble and maintain data rooms for investors and enterprise clients; track document requests to closure.
- Documentation & Presentations — Build internal SOPs, client submission packs, and board/investor presentations.
- Company Records — Maintain statutory registers, board resolutions, contracts, ESOP records and cap table documentation.
Required Skills
- Working fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, summarising and reviewing work — with judgement on where they err
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets and Slides)
- Strong written English — capable of producing correspondence fit for a bank's compliance team without rework
- High ownership and follow-through; ability to close open items independently
- Discretion in handling confidential financial, legal and HR information
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
