This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer & Scanner Operator located in Godhra, Gujarat. The Computer & Scanner Operator will be responsible for managing Data Entry, Scanning of Records, and Handling Back Office Tasks like Quality Checking and editing of the Scanned Documents. The role includes regular communication with team members and maintaining operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring information is recorded and maintained as per guidelines.
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical records, ensuring clarity, completeness, and proper file management.
- Conduct quality checks on scanned documents to ensure accuracy, readability, and consistency.
- Edit and process scanned files, including correcting errors and organizing documents as needed for easy retrieval and reference.
- Manage back-office tasks, including digital files organization, data sorting, and document indexing to support operational workflows.
