Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.
- Ensure proper presentation and quality of all beverages and food items.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of inventory requirements.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.
- Promote menu items and upsell products when appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Barista, Café Associate, or in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Latte art and specialty coffee preparation.
- POS billing system knowledge.
