Job description -
- The primary role is reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize company’s processes.
- They must ensure the services meet quality standards. This may involve setting quality criteria, monitoring outputs.
- They oversee the logistics and supply chain involves coordinating with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
