Role Objective
To promote ICFAI programs and services, enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support the achievement of admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote academic programs to prospective students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
- Plan and execute marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, educational fairs, counselling sessions, and campus visits.
- Generate quality leads through field visits, digital campaigns, referrals, and institutional tie-ups.
- Counsel and guide prospective students regarding programs, admissions, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and channel partners.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and managing branch-level promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for the Branch Manager.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Qualification
