Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to generate new business and develop client relationships in the industrial MEP sector. The candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client meetings, and closing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and achieve sales targets.
- Meet industrial clients and build long-term relationships.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution.
- Maintain sales reports and CRM records.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience (MEP/Electrical/HVAC preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Salary: Best in the industry + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
