Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Immigration Case Officer to manage and oversee primarily Canadian immigration cases efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analysis, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information and coordinate complex processes. This role involves working closely with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case processing. Multilingual proficiency in English, Hindi and Punjabi is required to support diverse client needs. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to immigration services through effective case management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and in compliance with the IRCC, CICC and other regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate case progress
- Prepare and review legal documents, reports, and presentations using Google Workspace
- Maintain comprehensive records using databases such as Microsoft Access and SharePoint
- Conduct analysis of case data to identify issues or delays and develop strategies for resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Oversee records management, filing systems, and procurement processes related to case files
- Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Project for tracking case milestones and deadlines
- Demonstrate leadership in managing team workflows and supporting junior staff when necessary
- Ensure compliance with policies through effective time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles or immigration case management preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Windows OS, and Google Workspace.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and documents
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in records management and filing systems
- Experience with databases, procurement procedures, negotiation, and presentation development preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Effective leadership qualities combined with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: ₹19,282.75 - ₹35,954.64 per month
