Interio Interiors is looking for an experienced Office Staff cum Telecaller & Accounts Assistant to join our Kottayam office.
We are looking for a responsible candidate who can handle office administration, customer communication, telecalling, and basic bookkeeping.
Candidates must be 30 years of age or above. Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Follow up with customer enquiries and leads
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Manage basic bookkeeping and daily accounts entries
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Coordinate with customers and the internal team
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Age: 30 years or above
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in office administration, telecalling, or accounts
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel)
- Responsible and organized
- Experience in the interior design field is an added advantage
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
