Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Supervise technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Allocate repair jobs and monitor work progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer vehicles.
- Maintain high standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts Department for timely availability of parts.
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly workshop performance reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent/Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team handling role.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in an Automobile Service Workshop.
- Experience in an authorized automobile dealership will be preferred.
