Job Summary:
Oryx Village is looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter to provide top-notch service to our guests. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer menu-related queries.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards.
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.
Operations & Hygiene:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Prepare and present the bill accurately.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a waiter or in food service is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
