Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Manage visitor records, courier services, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office registers and basic administrative records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support as required by the management.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle front desk operations efficiently.
- Presentable appearance and professional attire are mandatory.
