Rotational Shift Basis
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in company systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships through professional communication.
- Meet customer service targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Pay: ₹10,459.98 - ₹12,000.00 per month
