*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage front desk and reception area professionally
- Handle inquiries
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and communication
- Handle courier, dispatch, and office correspondence
- Maintain office registers and reception documentation
- Support basic administrative and coordination activities
- Ensure reception area is clean and well organized

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage front office activities efficiently
*Qualification*
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
