Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, and WhatsApp
- Connect with salon owners and direct customers
- Explain product features and benefits confidently
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Key Skills Required:
- Mandatory:
- Sales / Telecalling experience
• Strong Hindi communication skills • Basic English understanding
- Preferred:
- Experience in beauty, hair, or cosmetic industry
- Lead handling experience from online platforms
- Soft Skills:
- Confident and persuasive communication
- Target-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Strong follow-up skills
- Education Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Working Details:
- Working Days & Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
