Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and result driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in generating leads, client handling, and project bidding on platforms like Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online platforms like Upwork / Fiverr
- Identify and create business opportunities in web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
- Write proposals, follow up with clients, and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long term growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or bidding on platforms like Upwork.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services
- Ability to write clear, concise, and professional proposals.
