- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and salary negotiations.
- Performance & Talent: Administer performance management systems, including annual appraisals, goal tracking, and training programs.
- Employee Relations: Resolve employee grievances, foster a positive workplace culture, and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate monthly payroll processing and manage benefits administration (e.g., health insurance, PF/ESI).
- Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and company practices strictly adhere to local and national labor laws.
- Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional working environment.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts for office supplies, security, housekeeping, IT infrastructure, and travel services.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular administrative and HR reports to support executive decision-making.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
