Job Responsibilities:
- The Production Supervisor will be responsible for planning and executing daily production schedules.
- Supervising manpower and labor planning and allocating tasks to operators and workers to maximize efficiency.
- The candidate will also monitor machine output, minimize material wastage, and maintain accurate daily production records.
- The role also involves inspecting in-process materials to ensure they meet the required dimensional specifications and quality standards as per customer orders.
- The supervisor will coordinate with local transporters for the delivery of finished materials and ensure that mandatory safety protocols are followed while maintaining an organized factory and storage area.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
