Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a background in Interior Design or Architecture and proven sales experience. The role involves visiting project sites, engaging with architects, designers, builders, and clients, presenting outdoor space solutions, and providing technical guidance on product applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites to identify opportunities and meet clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Present and demonstrate outdoor space products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and product specifications.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain product functionality, technical details, installation requirements, and alignment considerations.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to integrate products into project plans.
- Address technical queries and provide practical solutions to design and site challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in architectural products, outdoor furniture, landscaping products, façade systems, pergolas, decking, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Ability to read and discuss technical specifications and installation requirements.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent site visits and client meetings.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
