We are looking for a Backend Developer with 7–9 years of experience in backend development, including at least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree being an added advantage. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask and FastAPI, along with expertise in developing scalable APIs, microservices, server-side applications and high-availability architectures. Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling, RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ/Kafka, asynchronous processing, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, security and data protection is required. You will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture, code reviews, mentoring developers, troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating with product managers, architects and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Digital India initiatives, e-Governance frameworks, Government IT policies, standards and regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
