Position : International Sales Executive
Location: Delhi
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our new store in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, acquiring new B2B customers, managing existing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the business. This is a field-oriented role that requires strong sales, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing business customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and door-to-door business development activities.
- Plan and execute customer meetings, follow-up visits, and sales presentations.
- Prepare competitive and profitable commercial offers while maintaining target margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Provide prompt after-sales support and resolve customer concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and market feedback.
- Travel overseas for product and sales training, as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in shipping, logistics, courier, or related service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications for customer analysis, database management, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Valid passport with willingness to travel internationally for training.
