Job Description :
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining loan products to customers, and assisting them throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities :
* Contact potential and existing customers to explain loan products and services.
* Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
* Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
* Coordinate with the sales and verification team for smooth processing.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements :
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of loans and financial products will be an advantage.
* Ability to convince and handle customers professionally.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
