We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Customer Success Associates) to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience through voice and written communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service through voice and written communication.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
