Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire new HNI, Ultra-HNI, and affluent clients through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and risk profiling.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, investment horizon, and liquidity requirements.
- Deliver exceptional client service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Investment Advisory & Wealth Planning
- Develop personalized investment strategies aligned with clients' objectives.
- Advise clients on:
- Mutual Funds
- PMS (Portfolio Management Services)
- AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds)
- Equities
- Bonds and Fixed Income Products
- Insurance Solutions
- Retirement Planning
- Tax-Saving Investments
- Goal-Based Financial Planning
- Monitor client portfolios and recommend changes based on market conditions and financial goals.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and portfolio rebalancing.
Financial Planning
- Assist clients in:
- Wealth Creation
- Retirement Planning
- Tax Planning
- Estate Planning
- Succession Planning
- Education Planning
- Risk Management
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans and investment proposals.
Business Development
- Generate revenue through advisory and product distribution activities.
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products and services.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Market Research & Investment Insights
- Stay updated on:

- Interpret market developments and provide timely recommendations to clients.
- Participate in investor awareness programs, seminars, and client engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, RBI, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Complete KYC, AML, FATCA, and client onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Ensure ethical and compliant advisory practices.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with:

- Coordinate with external partners and financial institutions as required.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA (Finance), CFP, CFA, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Certifications (Preferred)
- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor)
- NISM Investment Adviser Certifications
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
- CFA
- AMFI Registration
- IRDAI Certification
- Experience Requirements
