- Patient Flow Management: Oversee patient admissions, room readiness, transfers, and smooth discharges.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a central link between doctors, nurses, housekeeping, billing, and support teams.
- Patient Experience & Issue Resolution: Conduct regular rounds, address patient or family queries, and resolve complaints quickly.
- Staff Supervision: Monitor shift attendance, team discipline, grooming, and general performance of support and nursing personnel.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce hospital policies, hygiene standards, infection control protocols, and safety regulations on the floor.
- Operational Reporting: Compile daily reports on bed occupancy, patient status, and facility or equipment maintenance need
