Job Overview:
We are looking for a core Business Analyst who can translate business requirements into actionable solutions and work closely with clients and the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Asana
- Experience with SDLC and Agile
- Familiarity with AI tools like Notion AI, Claude AI
- Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflow diagrams)
- Knowledge in Power BI is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD)
- Prepare workflow diagrams and write user stories
- Create wireframes in Figma
- Handle client interactions and coordinate with the development team
- Support project delivery and UAT
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
