Job Purpose
To support the Showroom Manager in daily studio operations for GlobalNest and ArtistryRoom, assisting with customer service, sales, stock management, and showroom presentation to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations and staff coordination.
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the product range.
- Support sales conversions through product demonstrations, catalogue walkthroughs, and follow-ups.
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom floor is well-presented at all times.
- Assist in stock checks, inward/outward material movement, and coordination with the warehouse.
- Coordinate with the team for architect and interior designer walk-ins and orders.
- Support after-sales follow-up, delivery coordination, and customer query resolution.
- Maintain daily sales/footfall records and share updates with the Showroom Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; interior design/furniture background is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/billing software.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, customer-facing retail environment.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Team player with the ability to support and eventually step into a managerial role.
- Attention to detail in merchandising, stock, and documentation.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, organised, and proactive.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
