Customer Care Executive
Role Summary:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer calls, emails, chats and resolve customer issues promptly
Query Resolution: Provide accurate info about products/services, orders, refunds, and policies
Complaint Handling: Log complaints, escalate when needed, and ensure timely closure
Record Keeping: Update customer details and interaction logs in CRM
Feedback: Collect customer feedback and report common issues to management
Target: Maintain call quality, TAT, and CSAT scores
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th / Graduate any stream
Experience: 0-2 years, freshers can apply
Skills: Good communication in Hindi/English/Punjabi, basic computer, patience, problem-solving
