Welcome clients, buyers, vendors, and visitors professionally. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Coordinate appointments and meetings for management and sales teams. Maintain visitor records and ensure proper front desk management. Assist in coordinating buyer visits and showroom appointments. Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward documentation. Support HR and administrative activities when required. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide basic information about the company's products and services to visitors.
