Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic Tele-Calling & Sales Intern to support our sales operations end to end. You'll be on calls with prospective and existing clients, doing market research, chasing follow-ups, and helping move deals forward. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how B2B software sales actually works.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound tele-calls to prospective clients (cooperative banks, Patsanstha, NBFCs) to introduce our products and generate interest
- Conduct research to identify and build a list of potential clients across Maharashtra
- Pitch and explain our software products (SyncVerify, SyncLMS, SyncENACH) to leads and answer basic queries
- Take regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to keep deals and conversations moving
- Send and track payment reminders to clients in a polite, professional manner
- Act as a first point of contact and represent SyncWorks professionally to clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Coordinate with the internal team to schedule demos and meetings
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Confident and comfortable making cold calls and speaking to clients
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
- A self-starter attitude with willingness to learn

Internship Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Stipend: 5000
- Duration: 6 months
