Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, professional information.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and update CRM entries.
- Daily calling .
- Coordination and backend work .
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of telecalling or customer-service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity basic MS Excel.
Education:
- Any graduation preferred.
