Job Role & Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs (Foundation, Board, JEE, NEET).
Understand student profiles, academic strengths, gaps, and career aspirations.
Guide parents on the right academic pathway and program suitability.
Handle walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries, and follow-ups.
Convert enquiries into admissions through structured counselling.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for seminars, demos, and school collaborations.
Maintain accurate enquiry, counselling, and admission records on CRM / Unidesk.
Conduct parent meetings, feedback sessions, and post-admission support.
Ensure ethical counselling practices aligned with Motion’s academic values.
Meet assigned counselling and admission targets on a monthly basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
