Position: HR Hiring Executive
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Location: Delhi NCR
Industry: HVAC / Air Conditioning Services
Job Responsibilities:
- Hiring AC technicians, helpers, electricians, and office staff
- Posting jobs on Indeed, OLX, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, etc.
- Calling candidates and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining candidate database and staff records
- Coordinating with management for manpower requirements
- Handling joining and basic onboarding process
- Following up with technicians and field staff daily
- Managing attendance and basic HR coordination work
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp hiring
- Experience in recruitment or HR work
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups
- Responsible and active working attitude
Preferred:
- Experience in HVAC, facility management, or service industry hiring
- Candidate should know local technician hiring process
Salary:
- Salary depends on experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
