Motion Graphic Designer
BMDU is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, animation, storytelling, and visual composition, with the ability to transform creative concepts into engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, videos, and digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments based on project briefs.
- Design animated social media posts, reels, promotional videos, advertisements, explainers, and campaign creatives.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver work within deadlines.
- Create engaging animations using typography, transitions, visual effects, and sound effects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics, videos, and visual assets.
- Edit and enhance existing video footage when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, marketers, and other team members to develop effective creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with current motion design, animation, video editing, and social media trends.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of motion design and animation principles.
- Strong knowledge of typography, composition, visual storytelling, and design fundamentals.
- Good video editing and post-production skills.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D/motion design tools.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of sound design and color grading.
- Knowledge of current social media formats and content trends.
- Experience creating short-form video content, including reels and promotional videos.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, or a related creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, video editing, and social media content is required.
