Job Summary
Kryfs Power Components Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience in PTL machines used for electrical steel processing. The candidate should have experience working with CRGO/CRNGO laminations and a good understanding of material grades used in transformer core manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC PTL (Programmable Transformer Lamination) machines efficiently.
- Handle and operate PTL machines such as Toshiba, George, and SDRI.
- Perform cutting and processing of CRGO and CRNGO laminations as per production requirements.
- Ensure correct material grade selection and handling during production.
- Maintain machine parameters and ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Coordinate with the production and quality team to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC or PTL machines.
- Experience with Toshiba / George / SDRI PTL machines is mandatory.
- Knowledge of CRGO and CRNGO lamination processing.
- Good understanding of electrical steel material grades.
- Ability to read production drawings and specifications.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
