I am looking for someone to be the primary point of contact for every parent at LUMI Kids Club — from the first inquiry to long-term re-enrolment. The role sits at the intersection of community building, parent support, and business development.
I am specifically looking for a candidate with a psychology background. Our parents come with real concerns about their children — developmental anxieties, behavioural changes, communication challenges, confidence issues. This role requires someone who can hold those conversations with informed empathy, know when to reassure and when to refer, and build genuine trust with families over time.
Respond to all inquiries — WhatsApp, JustDial, Instagram, phone — within 2 hours. Guide families through trial sessions and enrollment.
Build and maintain warm ongoing relationships with every enrolled family. Be the person parents reach out to before a concern becomes a complaint. Refer to professionals when needed.
Plan and facilitate monthly parent workshops at the centre. External topic specialist provides the content; you run the room, manage logistics, and follow up.
Act as the communication buffer between parents and activity vendors. No direct parent-vendor interaction without your involvement.
Maintain a simple weekly log — leads, conversions, parent feedback — shared with me every Friday.
Background in psychology — counselling, developmental, child, or educational. Degree or applied experience.
Experience in community building, parent coordination, or a similar relationship-facing role
Naturally warm and comfortable in conversations — someone parents open up to easily
Comfortable facilitating group discussions
Fluent in Hindi and English — spoken and written
Available Tuesdays and Saturdays without conflict
LUMI currently operates at Lajpat Nagar. We are launching a second centre at Noida Film City in the coming months — weekends only (Saturday and Sunday). This role will expand to include Noida once we launch. We want the right person to be prepared for that from the start, and to grow with us into a full-time position over time.
Rs 400 per confirmed enrollment (top performers earn Rs 5,000–7,000 additional/month)
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
