Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that span the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities, focusing on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites to ensure robust software quality. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor testing outcomes and report defects, contributing to ongoing improvements in the testing process and overall product reliability.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and enhance automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Continuously monitor testing environments and data configurations to support accurate and reliable test execution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in designing and executing performance and load testing scenarios.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks or defects.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices.
- Skilled in scripting and configuring test environments to support diverse testing needs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
