Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanayannur for the position of Security Guard. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the hotel's premises, staff, and guests. Daily tasks include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting routine patrols, checking surveillance equipment, and addressing security incidents. Additionally, the role includes delivering excellent customer service by providing assistance and addressing any security-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Customer Service skills to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Good observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay attentive and calm in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience in a security role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
