- 10–15+ years in luxury hospitality.
- Experience with internationally recognized hotel brands.
- Proven record in business development, pre-opening, operations, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Executive presence with a polished, confident, and professional demeanor.
- High-level strategic thinking combined with commercial awareness.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open doors and create business opportunities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
