Job Summary
The Trainee Education Counsellor will support students in understanding and exploring academic pathways related to CLAT, CAT, IPMAT, and CUET programs. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about guiding students and building a career in academic counselling. During the initial training phase, the role will primarily focus on telecalling and lead engagement to build strong communication and conversion skills, after which the candidate will gradually transition into a full-fledged counselling role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in counselling students (one-on-one and group sessions) to help them understand suitable entrance exam pathways (CLAT/CAT/IPMAT/CUET).
- During the training period, actively engage in telecalling and lead follow-ups to connect with prospective students and parents.
- Learn and support in guiding students on exam patterns, eligibility, course options, and basic preparation strategies.
- Address basic student and parent queries regarding programs and offerings.
- Support in conducting orientation sessions, seminars, and student engagement activities.
- Assist the admissions team with lead qualification, data management, and registration processes.
- Maintain records of student interactions and update relevant data systems.
- Participate in outreach activities such as school visits, education fairs, and events.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
- 0–6 months of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in education, counselling, or student engagement roles

- This role is open to both male and female candidates
- Training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow into a full-time Education Counsellor role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
