Process OptimizationDesigning and improving manufacturing workflows to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.
Machinery & EquipmentOverseeing the installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
Quality ControlImplementing strict quality standards (e.g., Six Sigma, error-proofing) to ensure mechanical components and assemblies meet specifications.
Production PlanningDeveloping daily/weekly production schedules and managing resources (labor and materials) to meet delivery targets.
Safety & ComplianceEnforcing strict health and safety guidelines on the factory floor and ensuring OSHA or equivalent regulatory compliance.
