We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Scrum Master / Project Manager with 10–12 years of overall IT experience, including 4–5 years of recent hands-on experience as a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile expertise, proven project delivery capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. This role requires a strong blend of Agile facilitation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance. Scrum Master Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values. Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions. Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and capacity planning. Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments. Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint health.
