Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop charging system controllers (RR units, ISG control unit ) used in ICE vehicles.

Part requirements generation corresponding to vehicle system level specifications
-
Support/Review for part validation activities
-
Debugging and root-cause analysis
-
Confirming part compliance to vehicle level automotive standards/EMI/EMC
-
Interactions with vendors and CFTs
-
Support for field issue analysis / quality improvements
Competencies:
Technical/ Functional Competencies
-
Knowledge of basic theories and design concepts in power electronics.
-
Knowledge of working and application of electronic components like SCR/MOSFET etc.
-
Knowledge of automotive ICE vehicle charging systems.
-
Understanding of regulator topologies, integrated starter generators (ISGs), etc.
-
Basic knowledge of schematic, footprint design and PCB layout review.
-
Hands on experience on testing tools like oscilloscope, LCR & CAN tool.
- Exposure to electronics manufacturing and validations facilities, testing/ test set-up experience

Familiarity with electronic assembly part manufacturing processes ( SMT/ Reflow & Wave soldering)
