Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the complete hiring cycle
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Eligibility
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or any relevant postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment
- Experience handling volume hiring or recruitment operations is preferred
- Leadership or team-handling experience will be an added advantage
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
- Experience with job portals and recruitment tools
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Target-oriented with strong organizational skills
