Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate business opportunities, develop client relationships, and support sales growth for our Event Management Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Develop client databases and track sales activities
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
- Support client meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain sales reports and progress updates
- Identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Lead generation and client prospecting skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good reporting and organizational skills
