Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets.
- Supervise manpower, machines, and production processes.
- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection/wastage.
- Plan production as per customer requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Ensure workplace safety and smooth production operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Rubber Industry / Rubber Manufacturing.
- Strong production planning and team-handling skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
