Freelance HR Recruiter

Availability: Must be available between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (2 hours daily) for training, coordination, and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Connect with candidates through calls and other recruitment channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates
- Follow recruitment processes and hiring guidelines
- Support assigned hiring requirements within timelines
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Payout Structure:
- Performance-Based Earnings
- Payout is released after the selected candidate successfully completes 45 / 60 working days with the hiring organization.
- Payout amount varies depending on the position and hiring requirement.
- Typical payouts may range from ₹1,500 to ₹3,500 per successful placement, with some positions offering higher payouts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Months Recruitment Experience
- Good Communication and Candidate Coordination Skills
- Basic Understanding of Recruitment Processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
